1. SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. All items are made to order, so please allow us time to create your order.

We can ship products anywhere within the United States using either USPS or UPS as shipping providers. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the shipment’s destination.

Generally, orders will typically ship within 2 weeks from the customer's order date on average.  Can Kooler Holders Please allow 3-4 weeks.  

a. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders over $50 to the Lower 48 States. 

b. International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Shipping through our site, however, this something we can offer, please reach out to us and we can assist.

2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy/Cancellations

Customized Items/Monograms are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as all items are made to order. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing an item from the time an order is placed.

Non-Customized Item(s) and Stock Items are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, but is solely at the discretion of Texas Metal Makers, LLC.
